Overview
The 45L Steam digital Autoclave (Model ST-B45N) is designed for efficient and reliable sterilization in veterinary settings. This unit offers automatic operation with heating, sterilization, steam discharge, and drying, easily monitored via an LCD touch screen. Built-in steam generator ensures media remains uncontaminated, while PID temperature control maintains precise sterilization temperatures between 105℃ and 136℃. The autoclave includes features such as an over-heat protection system, liquid and medical instrument programs, and water injection from a built-in water tank. Safety interlocks, including an electrical circuit safety device, door temperature interlock, and automatic atmosphere pressure adjustment, enhance operational security. Optional accessories such as a printer facilitate real-time process recording. The enclosure is constructed of SUS304 and features an Ø316x590mm chamber size with an external size of 870x600x520mm.
